Clearriverblu Herbs
Natural herbs should grow in natural environment with other plants, like a few of herbs in the slide show. they should not be forced to grow faster or bigger with fertilizers or pesticides. Naturally grown herbs have the best medicinal effect, and will help the patients so much more. It is my wish that to use naturally grown herbs in clean and unpolluted environment to all all my patients. We have a small Chinese herbal dispensary within our clinic, and always endeavor to find the best quality herbs with a relative reasonable price. |

Herbs Growing in My Garden
Planting herbs and letting them grow in natural environment is one of my persistent hobbies.
Please note that I rarely advise for use of a single herb for treatment. I normally would combine a group of herbs to achieve balance for a specific patient at a specific time with a specific health condition. The function of the herbs below are described in a way if they are combined with other herbs, I do not suggest patients to use them separately.

Stonehenge and Shi Cao (耆草)
I just come back from a trip to Europe which was planned years old. Impressed with all the tourist attractions, I enjoyed very much to visit Stonehenge in England, an ancient wisdom and mystery at display. What was even more amazing to me was the herb, Shi Cao (耆草) in Chinese, can be seen all over the places miles away from the site. It looks like a natural habitat for that herb.
This herb is a symbol of wisdom in ancient Chinese culture. Ancient Chinese astrologies predict future based on Yi Jing (易經). During prediction, 50 sticks are used to convey the heavenly information. The sticks were made of the stems of this herb.
What a coexistence! I would love to go back explore more.

Huang Qi (黃耆)
Huang Qi is a great herb for tonifying. After three years of growing, these Huang Qi (黃耆)plants finally are bearing lots of seeds. Hopefully the deer will not eat them all up before they are mature.

Danggui (當歸)
Danggui (當歸), a beautiful blood tonifying herb, now is blooming with millions of small white flowers.
He Shou Wu (何首烏)
Famous for its hair blackening function in Chinese Medicine, He Shou Wu is also a good herb for tonifying the blood in general. While everything else in the yard is withering, this gorgeous plant still is lavish with heart shaped green leaves.

Niu Xi(牛膝)
